Remember in Destiny 1 they had a feedback forum and in that forum a list of requested QoL requests by players.
It was a list of the most requested changes and Bungie would weekly post which changes had been addressed by the dev's.
Bungie being Bungie never addressed the bigger player requests but usually things like light levelling, vault space bounty slots were implemented. When Bungie said that they were listening it felt true and it felt that our feedback was worth something.
Move forward to Destiny 2 and the feedback forum has been removed (along with the crucible forum which was outrageous); Bungie rarely reply to feedback and when they do there is no feeling that they are listening; no player feedback is being addressed and the game is getting progressively worse.
Guided games - a half assed attempt to bring new players into raids left to die and STILL IN BETA
Trials - in a far worse place than it was in Destiny 1.
Seasons - which are boring and grindy.
Bounties - upon bounty upon bounty. Token upon token upon token
Factions - gone
Vendor reset weapons and armor - gone
Gunsith weekly weapons - gone
Strike specific loot - gone
Story - gone
Bungie where the hell are you. The last TWAB was not pinned and disappeared from the forum. It's like you got fed up of the down votes and hid it.
I cant remember what was the last Bungie Replied post.
I know you out there somewhere because the Eververse store is overflowing with crap designed to put your hands in our wallets.
Is it a thing now that you will only acknowledge the players when you are trying to sell us something.
Damn Bungie you guys have fallen a long way. I'd like to think that you have reached the bottom of the barrel and that the only way is up but I'm guessing that anything that might in any way improve the QoL of your player base will be locked behind an expensive DLC expansion.
Sad Bungie. Real sad.
