I feel as though light advantages are pointless in crucible lists. The bulk of the player base are sitting around 1000 light, give or take five or so levels which is totally negligible.
If thats the case, the advantage only applies to a very slim minority who likely dont care too much about it or people exploiting the artifact glitch (as pathetic as they are). Most SSJ4 crucible players are fairly high light or just above the cap anyway.
The point of light advantages is to build player activity imbalance into the game. People who grind get rewarded over casuals. Well, with a fairly easily achieved softcap and a punishing progression grond from thereon out - we have hit equilibrium.

Artifact should not be enabled because it rewards those who no life bounty farm over actual skill a lot of the time.
