Unable to take exotics out of my collection
Hi
For some reason, I'm unable to take out anything from my collections tab, be it exotics or legendaries.... Despite having acquired it previously, I don't get the option to reacquire it from my collections tab.
Can you help?
I've checked the following:
- I've previously earned the items
- I have enough space in my inventory
- I have enough materials to acquire the item.

2 RepliesEdited by Kell of Kellogs: 1/14/2020 10:12:10 PMHey there, In your video you’re opening the badge of your exotics, rather than your collections. If you look on the left side of your collections page (12 seconds in your video) you can select Exotics.

1 Replyso why are you going through the badges page and not straight through collections? Have you tried just going there first?
