App not recognizing my PlayStation account
So I swapped to ps4 again after a year long stint on pc when they offered the transfer of account progress. But for some reason I’m only able to use the steam info for my characters. I’m able to play on PS4 and use my app to transfer items but it’s under the pc account and not my PS4 one in the app. When I swap accounts in app it says I don’t have any valid characters in ps4 and I have to swap back to my steam account. Any help? At the end of the day the app works fine it’s just an annoyance to me that it’s not under the right account lol

This is because with cross-save, you use a single set of characters. Your cross-save main account is Steam, which means that you only have those characters active. Your PS4 characters are dormant, saved in the background and only accessible if you ever choose to deactivate cross-save.
