Black Armory Rare Bounty Drop Bugged?
I am not sure if my drop rate of Rare Black Armory Bounties is bugged somehow or I just have such bad RNG that I am losing my desire to play this game.
I've been grinding Black Armory bounties since the beginning of Season of the Undying for a Rare Bounty in order to complete the "Unidentified Frame" quest step.
I got one the first week which was literally impossible for me to complete because it required a full set of Black Armory armor and I didn't yet have any. (Currently, it requires at least 3 weeks of weekly bounties to get a set if you get the right drops)
So, after that I've been doing bounties since (started daily, now maybe 3-5 times a week because I'm burning out on this ridiculous quest design), and I haven't gotten a single rare bounty.
2 of my friends got Rare bounties on their first bounty completion this week, which has spurred me into creating this forum topic here to ask Bungie if this might be bugged for me.
Can Bungie or anyone help me fix this?

WELL! I finally got a Rare Bounty literally just now, and it's doable! it's the complete 12 daily and 1 weekly Black Armory Bounty. So I found this post here: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/207763-destiny-2/78169996?page=1 It claims that they got a bounty after 3 months by turning in completed daily bounties while literally being underneath Ada-1. Having nothing left to try, I tried this, and I GOT A RARE BOUNTY on the 2nd try. So, moral of the story, the closer you are to Ada-1, the better your chances...I guess
