I have started playing since new light was released and the in-game chat both voice chat and text chat are completely non functional; I can't hear anyone speak in voice chat, albeit i see them joining the channel, and i can't see or write any messages in the text chat and my name is also a blank string. I have virtually no clue about what could be causing this as i have opened my NAT, tried on a different operating system, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried a different network, tried on a different account, I still have no name and cannot chat. Can i get some help? I pretty much can't access most end-game activities since i'm unable to talk to others in game.
