How to get Blueshift dreams
The only thing I need for the Dreaming City badge is blueshift dreams. How do I get this shader? Please post where you got it. I've been doing all daily and weekly bounties, ascendant challenges/shattered throne, ascendant chests, blind wells, cat statues, last wish, offering to the oracle, corrupted eggs, and black armory dreaming city arsenal. With all these I can't seem to find it! Any ideas? I'm making another character to give it 2 shots a week.

2 Repliesyou get blueshift Dreams from dismantiling dreaming city weapon and armor..i believe you can see if what you are dismantling has blueshift on it or not,it is random if you get it after that tho.... so jus keep doing what you have been doing and dismantle anything not worth keeping..eventually rng will helpyou out.... lot of ppl on reddit saying they got if from dismantling their tigerspite.
