You're right, because the base game is free you can't share it. Sorry for that. Did you happen to have Cross Save enabled at any point?

Yes I did. I had a PS Account linked but I unlinked it later on. Though my activer characters were my PC Characters. Can you do me a favor and see if your PSN characters have your missing season passes? You will need to install Destiny 2 on your PS4 to check this if you don't have it on there already. You can check by going into your Director > Seasons page, and then hovering over the seasonal rank banner. If you have check marks next each of the four seasons (Seasons of the Undying and three Season of the [REDACTED]), then it means that your PS4 characters redeemed your seasons. The season passes are redeemed on the characters that first log into the game. If you had cross save enabled, and your PS4 characters were your primary then that would explain it. After you disabled cross save, the season passes would be locked to your PS4.
