I really like this game and enjoy playing it. My main character is currently 970 thanks to the artifact, or 952 without it. I was able to complete all Iron Banner bounties across all characters, except for Arsenal of Tricks, where I got 1/2-2/3 done on each char, and turned them in. Some pinnacle rewards were a +2 to a slot. Some were the same level as that slot. I [b]turned in over 600 IB tokens[/b]. Every item was a 950, and only 1 was worth keeping (seriously). Thankfully, I got 5 mods I didn't have, but I don't like the current element-tied mod system to begin with. [b]I guess even the IB vendor is not a pinnacle source despite IB being considered a pinnacle activity..?[/b] Ultimately, all my characters gained a single power level from this time spent playing, and that's not at once. I'm talking about if I transfer the highest level weapons for each slot across characters via my vault or DIM. [b]Only one character went up a single power level after 15 hrs of IB and Comp[/b]. I've run GoS. I've played IB both times this season. I've also reset my valor 4 times and just reached ~2700 in Comp. Again, I'm level 952 but my artifact is giving me +18. All that playtime to get the artifact to that level and I'm only 2 core power levels above the 950 cap..? [b]Leveling seems extremely broken[/b], unless you never intended for us to go far beyond 950. Please fix this for us long-time D1 and D2 players! P.S. At least one IB bounty gave me a 950 as a "pinnacle reward". Not sure if there's RNG at play, but I thought pinnacle rewards are always +1 or +2 to a slot. P.P.S. Maybe I should have spent that time doing more GoS clears (since it's a pinnacle activity like IB), but at the end of the day, I have experienced the raid and got Divinity. I don't see why it should be necessary to do a single activity (2 if you include IB) if you want to keep leveling. Even my weekly vendor/faction rewards at the tower are all dropping at 950. Again, not sure if RNG is at play and I'm just unlucky, or if this system is truly meant to suck you in for countless hours like our friend bagel4k who is level 999 thanks to his artifact while he's 953 core.
