I have a friend that is having this issue as well. I don't understand why this hasn't been addressed at least as a known issue.

Tell me about it. They fixed a bunch of glitches in the hotfix this morning, but didn't touch this one. Bungie step up your game!

Honestly, they haven't even acknowledged this in the known issues. Definitely needs more eyes on it apparently.
