I've been stuck at 950 boots on my hunter for two weeks now. Only reason I can't move forward.
Edit: I think exotics dropping at pinnacle power wouldn't be bad, but primes definitely shouldn't. The guy patrolling shouldn't have the same chance of hitting max power as the guy doing 980 activities while at 960 or less. I just think pinnacle drops need to be more potent and need to target your lowest gear piece.

I got three armour pieces finally.
