Not exactly sure what to make of this

Okay so recently, going back to level my older characters which hadn't been used since around when destiny 2 went free to keep on battle.net i noticed this on one of the characters, a light 0 weapon.
Besides that not really sure how it's possible or why it's 0 light, it's not just a visual thing as well, considering it lowers my light 115 levels. Mostly just looking to find info on it and if it's happened to others or not, a pretty cool thing but doesn't really effect anything.

When Shadowkeep & New Light launched, everything in your inventory, including the Vault, got automatically leveled up to 750 PL. There were exceptions, e.g. white and green gear. You should be able to pull the said items at a higher PL from your Collections.
