I had league of legends, a thing called blitzapp (a programme for league's api) Spotify, and my antivirus cc cleaner.

Can Blitzapp access and modify or read game data or act as a kernel debugger?

Nope it's just for checking builds and looking at match ups and giving you the best idea of what to go and do in that match up
