A friend of mine can't receive the quest, despite owning the season pass and everything. How can we fix this? We already tried relogging/restarting the game and it didn't work.

Can't start the quest at all? Did your friend complete the "Reach Power Level 900" Quest on the character they are trying to use? ([i]this seems to be a requirement to get the quest from research done so far[/i]) Basically the character would be level 910 if they have completed it.

Hi there, Does your friend own the season pass? Are you gamesharing the season pass? Like Silver, or items purchased from Eververse, Season Passes are bound to the characters they are purchased for and cannot be shared between multiple players on the same device. If not, please have your friend create a forum post so we can look into their account.
