Nova bomb bug?
Just faced a 3 stack in iron banner with a 4 letter clan tag, "D!E?" The one guy SiLenT_MaNiaC was casting a Nova Bomb about every 60-90 seconds.

Just saw a youtube video on using telesto to get nova bomb back quick, but that's been disabled. He was using wizened rebuke...not sure of there is a weird link with fusion rifles in general.
