Disable telesto from PvP til you find a way to fix it

I've removed your text as it explained a glitch that can be used to the disadvantage of other players. Please do not post anything that can be used against other players as this is against the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Legal/CodeOfConductt]Code of Conduct[/url]. Bungie is aware of the issue and they are looking into it. It's up to them what they'll do with it.
