Banned. Can you clarify the reason?
Hi!
I've been with D2 since Season 1 on PC, dropped out somewhere near 3d Leviathan raid wing opening. I've decided to try again with Shadowkeep and already played 60 hours on Steam. The game is definetly changed for good IMHO.
But today I recieved "Not so fast. This account has been banned" message. I've looked through
https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 , all twitter/reddit and so on and i still don't understand the reason behind my ban.
NO cheats/aimbots and so on.
NO modified game software
My hardware hasn't changed since Season 1
I'm a silent type and havent communicated with anybody, so no hate speech.
My connection is stable and i'm not AFKing during matchmaking - only during open world exploration.
I'm not recording any video or using some third-party overlay
I know that i may be leaved without unban or simple answer, but this situation is some kind of nonsence to me. I can't find direct contact with GM to clarify the situation either, so i'm posting this :(
TLDR: Please give me some info on my ban, i don't want to reinstall WoW again :))
