Xur's Inventory
Has Xur's inventory updated since shadowkeep? Just got my 5th pair of orpheus from a fated engram, 2.0, but still. Granted, I'm y1 + CoO & WM, but I at least thought Wavesplitter was in the pool.

It's in the pool, but you don't have access to Forsaken exotics if you don't buy Forsaken.

Wavesplitter is a Forsaken Exotic, so if you don't have Forsaken then you can't obtain it. Same could go for any other related exotics.
