Mars Patrols Not Repopulating
Got an odd issue here. The patrols on Mars are not reappearing. Other planets work fine. This is after I attempted the nascent dawn 1/5 quest. I had noticed that it wasn't counting my completed patrols after the first one. Apparently, you need the ikelos hand cannon to progress despite the mission not mentioning the requirement. I did all the patrols on Mars before I noticed they weren't coming back. The hand cannon is equipped now but I can't access the patrols as they won't reappear. This also happened during server downtime if that makes a difference.
I've tried dropping the mission and restarting the game to no effect. Don't know what else to try. Any thoughts?

Patrols are back. Still not appearing on the map though. Was able to finish the Nascent Dawn quest. Only thing that changed between then was that I played through the Warmind campaign. Not sure if that's what did it or not. The "Enhance" mission also isn't showing up, though.
