No. Because it opens it up to the people who didnt make a mistake, and lets the exploit the reason for the cooldown. Rules exsist to protect the integrity of the game and its players

Exactly this. Just because sobody says "I just made a mistake", does not make it true. I find it refreshing that rules still mean something somewhere.

Yeah but Bungie should give people a second chance. We gave Bungie one.
