Here's a bit of context:
My primary Xbox live profile (this one) is bound to a family members email, not my own. Said family member accidently preordered Shadowkeep DDE for my Microsoft account, not my Xbox live account under their email. Managed to get Shadowkeep permissions and Preorder bonuses onto my main account by creating a new Xbox live account using my email that got shadowkeep (A completely new account, mind you, family sharing ftw)
So now I have Shadowkeep on my primary account (about 1000 hours of playtime Legacy account from D1 and 120+ exotics btw) but 0 seasons because all 4 pre ordered seasons (main reason I wanted DDE) went to my UNOPENED, 0 character new xbox live account that I will never play on.
So, 3 questions:
a.Can I ask for a partial refund of the difference between SK and DDE for not getting the seasons? or
b. Is it possible for the 4k silver worth of seasons to be deducted from my other account and moved to my original account, or something where my purchase can be transferred severside?
c. Seeing as this is not the only one to have this happen to them and this is a major purchase issue, can this issue get some major attention, clear guidelines for all the new light players trying to buy SK and Seasons and some sort of silver transfer between accounts if mistakes like this happen?
I love your games, Bungie, have since Halo 3, but can this please get resolved.
