Hi, I have been getting an authentication error when trying to link my Xbox account so that I can activate cross save when I get to the step: "Authenticate to Cross Save In order to Cross Save your accounts, you must verify that they are, in fact, yours." I can sign in to my Xbox one and the Xbox website fine so I'm not sure why I am getting this error. The error states: "Authentication Error We were unable to sign you in with your Xbox Live account. Please visit xbox.com and sign in to verify/update your Xbox Live account. This error usually indicates that your Microsoft account has no Xbox Live Gamertag, or that your account must be updated in some way, such as agreeing to an updated terms of use." I have logged into my account on xbox.com and there is nothing to update. I have tried authenticating on a different PC. I have tried clearing my browsing history I have waited 48 hours before trying to authenticate again, however I still get the error. I would appreciate if someone could help me as this means that I cannot activate cross save at all. Thanks for reading.
