Its giving you fast reloads, seems fine to me. Auto reloads were broken.

Doesn't change that rally barricade sucks as an actual barrier, which makes faster reload vs auto reload much more dangerous.

I'm not denying the auto reload part, but my issue is the weakness rally barricade has. It leaves your legs up to your hips and a bit of your mid section covered while standing up, and since enemy ai tend to aim around the upper torso, you always end up getting damaged. Even if you crouch behind it, the mid section is lower so your head is very slightly exposed. In crucible, if you have a titan on the same flat surface as you hiding behind a rally barricade, you can actually snipe their head with just enough precision. But only if you are in the mid section and not on the sides.
