The power attack on striker should do more pve damage.

Top tree specializes in damage and bottom tree specializes in ad clear, but one thing I've found for sure that sucks about striker, is the fist of havoc power attack. Top tree can amplify it's damage when you leap and it does so immensely, but if you don't leap, it's some of the lowest damage in the game. I'm not talking about just boss damage, but rather general damage. Have any of you ever taken bottom tree striker out for a spin in pve and instead of mashing the light attack button you try out the power attack against like a major? Well you probably remember only taking out maybe a quarter of it's health if not less. That's what happens with top tree as well if you don't jump and slam. Considering just how much super energy the power attack takes, the damage is just not acceptable. Sure, it will kill those red bar thrall and acolytes easy peasy, but anything above that makes using the power attack a complete waste of energy. I think the enhancement that top tree makes certainly improves the utility of fist of havoc, but I can't help but feel conflicted when some height multiplies the damage per slam by 3×, 4x and close to 5x and still it only averages a little higher damage at maximum height than simply slapping an enemy with sentinel. I would like if the base power of fist of havoc were higher but they reduce the aftershock damage a bit to compensate. This would greatly benefit bottom tree striker because then it would have more power to work with when ad clear targets are tougher to kill and top tree would be much less reliant on insane height for average damage. I think something similar for crucible would be nice as fist of havocs power attack has actually been nerfed (twice if you count them removing the lingering aftershock on initial slam). Pre 2.1.4 it did 325 damage and has since been dropped to 275 damage which makes killing players outside of the epicenter less consistent. This is what makes top tree striker so wonky to use in crucible and why few use the slam on bottom tree. If you don't leap you have a much harder time killing moving targets as the damage is lower, thus making the effective kill range lower due to fall off. I feel like that should be returned to at least 300.
