I asked a girl out yesterday, but it didn't work out
She follower-zoned me.
She said she just wanted to keep what we had going, and that a steady relationship would make it difficult for us to keep adventuring together.
I don't know, I'm pretty bummed at this point. I'm honestly not sure if travelling with her is going to work anymore, it's distracting to be near her and yet have to focus on fighting monsters at the same time.

8 RepliesRing, I’m gonna let you in on a little secret, one I often employ. And one I might put into action if I ever feel “more than friends” (spoiler alert, might be a long -blam!-in time) Throughout my high school years, instead of chasing girls and skirts, I decided to do the opposite. Ignore them. Focus on my schoolwork. I found out (the hard way) that the longer I friendzoned THEM and tried to be as productive with my work as possible, they basically kept coming at me with frickin proposals left and right. Hell I had 5 girls ask me out to prom (3 of which I’m sure were mostly joking) and to which I said no. AND THEY STILL KEPT COMING AFTER ME. If they were any more insane I would’ve gotten a restraining order. To this day I think several of them are still infatuated with me, even though my weight is the combined proportion of every single damn continent in the world. My advice to you is to let them come to you. Focus on your work, but still be nice to them. Play the long game. If that doesn’t work...I’ve got nothing.

1 ReplySame thing happened to me a few months back, I helped her with her family problems, I helped track down her mother and I saved her from an abusive father. We had spent a LOT of time together getting into all kinds of trouble, although my other female friend was with is most of the time I still only had eyes for this girl, we always had each others back, I tried to make my move multiple times but was shut down every single time. That Serana is a cold b/tch...

2 RepliesI've been friend zoned twice. I use to be sad about it, but now I'm pissed. If she asks if we can still be friends, say no. It'll be awkward and just hurt you more. Honestly it's their loss, the people who don't see how great of a person you are. And don't put your worth/self value into other people. And i believe you're a Christian, just remember all the things God said you were. His words are true and just You're going to be pretty broken for awhile, but I'll be here to help try and put you back together. Love ya man
