?: Will armor glows work on Solstice armor with active Eververse decorative skins?

Short version; Once 2.0 is active, if I put one of the new decorative Eververse armor skins over Solstice armor with active armor glow will the glow still appear? Long version: In the armor 2.0 livestream hosted by Deej and available for viewing on YouTube viewers can see that Eververse universal ornaments and armor glows have different/dedicated slots. We can see clearly that Solstice armor pieces have three slots with which Guardians can make choices to customize the look their armor sets. One for shaders, one for Eververse skins and a third one for armor glows. Furthermore, during the livestream (at time stamp 33.05) Deej, in reference to his colleague who'd just put on one of the new universal ornaments so viewers could see the process, made the comment, "We do want to call out that you would be able to apply that glow to this Guardian." Again, when making that statement Deej was referencing the Guardian of a colleague who'd used Eververse ornaments. Purchases with bright dust are final and will not be refunded or so I read in a reply to another post this forum. Personally, I don't like the Solstice armor design. Well, at least not the legendary Warlock version, it's, to put it mildly, fussy. The glows are visually interesting though. I'm going to cover up the Solstice armor with the new Eververse skins which I'm glad to see added to the game. I'd like for the glows to work over the decorative skins. Because I'm not sure that they will work over the skins however, I haven't purchased any. Why spend the very high price of 5,000$ bright dust, per elemental set, if they wont work?
