My thoughts on Luna howl and Not forgotton

Very new to posting on forums. I've used Luna howl for a couple of games now and I am kind of disappointed. The way the guns have balanced have pretty much made the gun a shadow of its former self on PC. The guns on PC had a high skill rating and rewards you for being skilled at getting precise headshotsat its viable range which is pretty low. It was my go to weapon for pve. Now it's none of that, my spare rations does everything Luna does and more. Ace of spades on PC dominated more than Luna could ever dominate. Even when I used ace against pre nerf not forgotten I usually won the duel. It was no doubt that on a controller 180 is the best choice. Luna howl dominated because 180 had pretty much no recoil and bloom and had a very optimal ttk. I dont play on console but the first game I used Luna howl with a controller on PC was broken. The aim assist value led me to 3 tapping any guardian that threatened me( I haven't used a controller in about a year at that point btw) Got a we ran out of medals of just using Luna on controller cuz I cant snipe on a controller. IMO the balance for the guns was making bloom and recoil on console much easier to control. I think what bungie wanted to do about Luna howl was add more variety to console pvp since Luna not forgotten were taking over. The nerfs made only made it from a alright gun on PC to a below average one for the time to put in to get them and from what I can tell no effect on console. From what I see is that 180 handcannon mainly Luna howl not forgotten and service revolver are the meta. I want some perspective about console Luna howl and some feedback regarding the bloom and recoil Editing the post about a new idea I had. Why not give pinnacles catalysts. Like pinnacle catalysts. Luna howl catlyst would be like maybe be given the claymore treatment. Make it valor and not forgotton glory 2100. They are both similar but at legend they get magnifencent howl perk reverted as the reward for let's say 500 kills. Doubled in comp and iron banner. People who earned the guns before this change will be given an ornement emblem and the pinnacle catlyst immediately and can start working towards the upgrade. This can apply to any pinnacle like loaded question gets a reserve buff and drops after 300k nightfall score and can be upgraded through doing 50 strikes. Breakneck gets a new perk that keeps the perk even if no kills are made during rampage as long as you are critting. Drops after killing 100 orange to yellow bar enemies with auto rifles. Oxygen perk will be found after getting 1000 scout rifle kills and the perk will let it detonate meganuro after the 4th crit. Delirium gets to keep killing tally after swapping weapons for a short time like rampage. Drops after 30 primeval kills with lmg. Redrix drops after 50 pvp bounties and increases time of desperado. Finished by getting 3 we ran out of medals. Recluse master of arms perk increases crit dmg to have more people aim for the head during master of arms to stop people using it as a bullet hose. Drops after 100 wins. 500 kills. Mountain top gets remote detonation which drops at 5400 glory and needs 500 mountain top kills which is doubled in comp and iron banner. Revoker gets no distractions which drops after 100 super kills with snipers. Needs 50 blood for blood medals to complete. Cant think of anything else
