Notorious Helmet Grind
The only thing I need to do to get the new title is win a gambit prime match with a full set of notorious gear. I've been grinding for a helmet, but that's the one piece that I just can't seem to get by running Reckoning normally. Is there something I'm missing, or is it just bad rng?

As long as you complete the helmet bounty for whatever armor set, before reset in a couple hours, you'll still be able to get the seal and title.

Bounties from Drifter for helmets have to be done 3 times to get the Notorious helmet.
