I seem to recall when I did the first step, the first tribute was calling to just in front of the main gate.
Yours seem to be calling you inside.

Yes, it won't let me plant the "banner" to open the door. I finished a tribute to see if it would let me place the banner once I had it done but it still didn't I'm just locked out. Tried a bunch of different trouble shooting and even asked tons of people but others are having the same issue if they started the quest this week.

Yeah ive spent hours trying different methods to fix it. Nothing has worked. Was really hoping for it in the patch today but no luck. Better release it soon or theres going to be a lot of pissed off people
