New Light, cross-save, and Shadowkeep
Q: Will Destiny 2: New Light be its own separate game/file?
A: No. All Destiny 2 players will be automatically converted to New Light, and will maintain all of their prior purchases and entitlements.
Soooooo do i get all my collections from xbox and ps4 together? Will new light allow people to easily reach 750 then buy the expansion, keep all the collections from other accounts, and start at 750? Many questions.

Your xbox collection and ps4 collections will remain, they will not be merged. New Light will only be year 1 content so unlikely it will take you to 750 without an expansion. Your save is your save, if you create a new save for New Light, it will always be its own thing, no access to the other accounts gear.

2 RepliesLast light is only year one content. 750 is the current light cap which requires access to the current season content. Don’t understand your question about the collection.
