Hey so I ended up inadvertently skipping the start of Solstice due to yanno, doing, actual stuff, outside... because its summer. Also I got the hang of working the new modding program for Skyrim, Nexus' program Vortex and let me tell you, that's, absolutely awesome and those people should be really proud of what they made with that. Holy crap modding has never been easier. But I digress.
So, even Forbes, which normally is one guy gladhanding this game, is like "Wow this sucks." in terms of grind. I hate grinding, seriously. And the armors in this are supposed to be the first 2.0 armors. Which leads me to believe.
A) All future armors will be crappy stupid grinds and checkboxes.
or
B) Solstice is just some weird POS that was thrown in at last minute with no care or consequence. And that the armors in Shadowkeep will likely submarine the work done in this.
So in short, because it's unfun, stupid, and worthless, should I seriously just ditch it and come back at the "f'real" shadowkeep? The only reason I'd probably do it is that I've gotten all the moments of triumph spare one crappy raid and the reckoning armor and I just am loathe to do either.
Should I try and side with my completionist self, buckle down and make up time to go do this thing? Or eh, see if they dig themselves out in moon's haunted?
