As someone who has mostly every PVP pinnacle weapon who do you think makes Pinnacle's look the worst from having said pinnacle
I'm gonna make this clear right now. I'm a PvE player and i despise PvP. Go ahead and roast me for my solid 0.9 k/d
If you want to know what pinnacle i dont have it's NF.
Personally, I think the mentality of pinnacles to people still is that they should do 2 or 3 mundane tasks to get a weapon that will get them a gun that is either fun to use or generally amazing in it's field.
PvP pinnacles are not hard they just require time.
Example: 3 weeks for Mountaintop, 1 week for Luna's Howl and Recluse, 3 days for Revoker
we dont talk about redrix okay just dont talk about that one..

2 RepliesTo me it's the sweats. I'm specifically referring to Not Forgotten, pre nerf. The reason is the whole making the rich richer thing. These guys are really good at PvP for the most part. Then they get an op weapon. Now they're really good at pvp and have an unfair advantage, making them even better. Then they go into quickplay and stomp casual players for fun, and it's not even competitive. It kind of ruins the experience for guys just out there to have fun. This isn't meant to be a knock on good players. Good on them for being champs. I'm just more so pointing out an unfortunate side effect of the whole system.

Ive been grinding my arse off for Redrix's Broadsword. Seeing that I didnt use double valor weekend to my advantage and that I'm straight up losing patience and interest in PvP, I just want to give up at this point.

When I first started getting pinnacle weapons, I was annoyed bun those who clearly got carried to getting theirs because of how not good they were. Now, it’s not the sweats, but the sweats that immediately start bagging after they get a kill.

Same, I don't have mountain top because I don't farm it every game and nf. I'm only slightly better in kd but I'm gonna say that bungie made these guns for an otherwise dead gamemode and most of them are so through the roof good that they are almost required to compete in the crucible when they come out. I mean at least redrix you need to outplay somebody and get a precision shot because of how meh the base gun is. Nf and lunas were stupid OP(I hate 180s, no recoil but they flinch like crazy) now il their still good but not as OP, mountain top is literally a special rocket launcher that shoots straight and 1 shots. Recluse melts and you don't even need to get a kill with it to activate the perk. They are just way better than any other guns you can get which is the problem
