The penalty for competitive loss is too great when Bungie allows modding and recoveries to take place.
I won't be buying anymore Bungie products based upon their policy of punishing honest players and hiding the best parts of the game behind a broken, corrupt system of advancement.
I have reset my valor rank 10 times, my gambit rank 3 times this season yet, I cannot go higher than Brave III solo in competitive. This game shows it caters to cheaters without any skill. PVP will never be competitive with one shot weapons, modders and recoveries. This is clearly working as intended so no reason for any honest player to support a company that values scumbags over honest players.

Read “brave III solo competitive” and stopped reading. Competitive heavily emphasized team play which means getting a 4 stack together. Ransoms will always be unreliable to play with and you won’t get far with them realistically speaking. Carries and recoveries have nothing to do with you being bad. Practice, communicate, and learn new strategies with a team and i guarantee that you’ll win your matches regardless of who you’re up against. Me and my team win a majority of our competitive matches. There’s no reason you shouldn’t either. I’ve also solo queued up to fable before. It isn’t very difficult. Stop blaming the game for your lack of skill and inability to get a team together.
