• This is the stop command taken from the crash information report: "halt information: world tag loader only allows failure during load, but resourcerer failed during unload with status {{}} ({{''}}) fatal error detected"

 • The next time the game crashes, could you link me to your DxDiag? To find this information:
• Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag” without quotation marks. • Click on “Save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. PasteBin.com or DumpTxt.com) to paste the information. Please don't use Google Drive. • Create a link and post it here.
• Thanks for the link. It appears you keep receiving the Windows error "AppHangB1". For the best experience, it is recommended that players update their drivers to their most recent versions, and accept any Windows updates that have yet to be applied before accessing Destiny 2 on PC. Here is some information which may help:
- Try disabling or not running any GPU utilities such as MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision - Setting Destiny 2 and Battle.net to "Run as Administrator" - Setting an exception to your antivirus and removing Windows Firewall - Reviewing this Battle.net article to keep your system in top performance - Here is an article which shows steps that might help you - You may also want to update your OS and drivers. - Finally, here is a link to Google Search that may offer some solutions that you can find to potentially solve this issue. • I also noticed while playing the game that it crashes much more frequently on The Dreaming City and The Tangled Shore. I have also been investigating each crash report and they all seem to be originating from different game files. I can give you a list of the files that failed if you would like.

 • @BNGhelp6 i know this is the wrong thread but would it be difficult for you to relase a game update that would allow destiny 2 to play on ryzen 3rd gen, been getting on a week now and i'm really anoyed that i cant play the game, i know amd have a fix but a bug has been found so it was pulled thus delaying the fix further (said to be around 6-8 weeks) surly you can have a patch ready before this time and allow all ryzen 3rd gen adopters to start playing again. please can YOU do something to help

 • It's not possible for us to fix this issue. AMD has identified the issue impacting the ability to run Destiny 2 on Ryzen 3000 processors and have implemented a BIOS fix that has been distributed to partners. In the coming days, players will be able to download the updated BIOS from their motherboard providers.

 • i understand that but the fix amd released has been pulled as there was a bug which caused the pcie gen 4 to run at gen 2 speds which caused instability, i read online that the updated fix to this will be around 6-8 weeks
