I purchased all armor packs from Eververse. 1 Armor pack for each of my 3 characters. Then after I reset my characters to start a new which I do from time to time. I could not reacquire my armor that I purchased from Eververse. It shows I paid for them. It does not offer an option to download them to my new characters? If I start over, I lose all my paid for items? I can not just reacquire these items in which I paid for already? If this is true, I am done making any purchases on Eververse.
