Can someone tell me if Doomsday can only drop from Tier 3 Reckoning?

Edited by Kang 81: 7/18/2019 2:14:06 PMI’ve only ever completed a tier 1 reckoning and I have a Doomsday. I also rarely play Gambit. I don’t recall how I got it, but I would say it was from a Gambit Prime match. I only grinded the heck out of Gambit and Gambit Prime last season during the triple infamy towards the end so I could get a reset and earn the 21% Delerium. Glad I did it, because I love it. I’ve read doing certain things in a Gambit Prime match increases your odds at certain weapon drops. Bugout Bag must be from defeating blockers because I have half a dozen of them. I think the hand cannon drops from depositing motes, but that’s tough to do solo since everyone innGambit are more thieves. I can be the only one in an area, defeat a bunch of glowing enemies, then when the notes pop (away from me I might add) all of a sudden my whole team swoops in and steals them. 😑

I hate to do it, but if I have quest steps or bounties requiring me to collect motes, I’ll forgo trying to win the match if I have to just to get them done. I’ll steal as much as I can, but I also feel like most people run quicker than I do. I always spec for resistance and recovery over movement.

I hear ya, and that has been mentioned in these forums many times over the last five years. Many of these requirements do not take your team into consideration and in fact make the player play in a way that hurts his or her team. Just steal those motes, blam your team, and remember that it is all bungle’s fault!

If you only ever did tier one you high likely got it from completing the initial quest of Reckoning after unlocking it and doing it once. I've heard and seen people get it like that. But all my characters have done that quest so I can't get it like that unfortunately. The weapons you get from doing stuff in prime are specific ones. The handcannon from collecting, shotgun from killing blockers, sniper from invading and smg from killing high values.

Don't care if it's underwhelming. I need it for the title. Literally the only thing that will screw me out of it.
