Tl;dr I enjoyed EP the most as it felt the most like a war zone
I’m curious what the overall feeling of the various activities are without considering the loot available but the enjoyment of the activity itself.
Personally, I find EP the best of the activities because it took place on two large areas, had large numbers of enemies, and a variety of final bosses that were also free roaming (to a point.)
When it was a difficult activity it was interesting and exciting to get nine individuals into one instance and “fight back the hoards.”
While the other activities have their unique feelings they all suffer from feeling very small and enclosed except for the Reckoning but it would suffer from the Bridge section and the small area in which you battled the shade of Oryx.
The Blind Well was the only other instance based activity that could be maxed out but having that many Guardians in one location felt like stepping on everyone else’s “toes.”
Menagerie became repetitive with only the same rooms being available week to week with only the final boss being on rotation (even then its only three bosses.)
