Game companies will always keep holding back cause they wanted to cater to the ones who take 3 years+ to upgrade. So when the new one comes out all we get are pretty colors and faster load times. Little Timmy who takes 3 years needs to be able to enjoy the game too. 🙄

It might be rude but I think they should only consider older consoles for 6mo max. After that, devs need to drop them and make games that work on newer gen rather than cutting their game back so that old console players can have them too.

Not rude at all. It’s a slap in our face that we’re being slapped in the face for upgrading. Our bonus is particles and loading times? This is where PC master race comes in. Let’s say you friend has a good PC and you don’t. This company doesn’t care. If you can’t run it, you’re not playing. Yeah this limits the market but in the end it’s more enjoyable. Just can’t help but think about these things when I come back to console. D2 on PC is a blast, every gun feels viable, you feel faster, it’s a completely different game. So no not rude. I fully agree that 6mo is long enough.
