Why doesn’t Kill Clip reset after reloading again?
We’re almost in Destiny 2 Year 3 and Kill Clip still doesn’t re proc or reset the timer if you reload after a kill while Kill Clip is still active.
I don’t recall whether D1 Reactive Reload had this same thing.
Reloading after getting a kill should always grant a 50% damage buff for 5 seconds, regardless of whether it’s already active or not. Doing so while it’s active should reset it back to five seconds.

Because it’s a PvP perk. Multi kill clip is the pve version. It’s the only way to balance the game. If multi killclip didn’t have stacks it’s would be a nightmare in PvP. Right now kill clip takes more thought and timing but it’s the better choice instead of the small bump from multi kill clip single stack.
