Feeding Frenzy not procing on reload after a kill
After this week's reset, I have noticed that I am consistently, not getting Feeding Frenzy on my Recluse. How to reproduce this bug is, simply, after killing something, reload quickly enough and the perk won't be active.
This can become **extremely** annoying, when you're playing aggresively and fighting multiple enemies. It became most clear to me this was happening during the Bad Juju mission, during the first hour of the most recent patch.
I thought maybe it was Recluse, so I went and tried it. Blast Furnace, Recluse and Hammerhead, Thunderlord and Avalanche, I was able to reproduce this bug with all of these guns.

Hi RoNon. Thanks for your report and included videos. Looking them over, it looks like you are hitting the reload button right before the perk actually activates. It's a very small window but that does seem to be what's happening. In your Hammerhead video, after the first or second kill, you were able to successfully reload with Feeding Frenzy because you slightly waited to reload the weapon.
