One-Eyed Mask - A questionable design.
Before I start with this, it's not a discussion about whether said exotic is a little too strong or not. We all have different opinions on that.
As an aspiring game designer, I find the whole idea behind this very unfitting for the Titan class. Aren't TItans meant to be the "Defenders" of the City? Strong and slow-moving fortresses, the protectors of what's left of mankind. So why does the Titan class need something like this? It would suit Hunters a lot more. "Track down and destroy your enemy." This is pretty much hunting down something, right? The only indication of this being Titan related is the very last sentence in its Lore: "And I sure as hell didn't need no Fists of Havoc to get my hands wet proper." You could swap this out for any other class Super and there would be no indication at all.
So what do you guys think? Is this something Titans would do?
