I'm a non-annual passholder. I ran my one free menagerie run the first week, before the last boss was added that dropped the Truth quest. So, since I'm not an annual passholder I can't run menagerie again to get the quest. Isn't the Truth exotic quest available to everyone??? If so how could I possibly get it?
