make escalation protocal count towards flashpoint please.

sick of every event getting blocked by people that start it .
i dont feel like doing 10 lost sectors . not to mention there are no adventures to do regular or heroic. its glitched out.
even 5% per wave completed would be good.
edit or even reinitiate the public event that was blocked just after ep is failed.
at least bungie could chime in.

2 RepliesAnother thing they should do is get rid of the requirement to have a key for the chest at the end of EP. I forgot I needed it and wasted 20 minutes doing a tier 7 run with randoms just to get shaders. Especially with the influx of new players soon, I think we could stand to drop the key grind from dlc from a year ago.

If the devs are too "busy" to nerf Lord of Wolves....lmao.... You can best believe that this is on the back burner for them. Sad to say because it is an issue. Although I fail to see how this is so hard because all we seem to be getting is reskinned content. Just my opinion only fanboys.....don't crucify me.

12 RepliesI agree. EP poor design choice of being in the open hurts the players more than it's helping it. It was meant that everybody can hop in and join but truth is your just blocking public events for people. If it counted towards flashpoint people would have more of an incentive to play EP.

10 lost sectors only takes about 20 mins. If you’re doing the powerful rewards I’m guessing you’ve done the heroic adventure, you only need 7 lost sectors, run in kill the boss and run out, 2 min job tops.

While we're talking about EP, it's been more than a year since Warmind came out and I STILL don't have the -blam!-ing shotgun. I want Wayfarer but your shitty drop rates don't help at all. Please increase the damn drop rates. -

1 ReplyEither every wave should count some % toward FP completion (maybe a little more for each consecutive way, or something like that), or they should just remove Mars as a FP destination. Every time it comes around, I go to a pub, and somebody starts EP, cancelling the pub. It's super frustrating, and the past few times, it's been so bad that I'm now convinced people hang out on Mars just so they can start an EP and f up someone's pub (ok, I doubt that's actually true, but still....) and now I just set the clock on my PS4 back a year or so and spawn into a lobby where it's just my fireteam, and do the pubs that way. It's even worse this past week, because I haven't been able to access the heroic adventure for some reason.

Pro tip: reload into the area if someone does that to you. You’ll get a new lobby and bypass the EP.

I’ve got a better idea how about bungie shut down escalation protocol while the flashpoint is on mars so those of us that are trying to get it done don’t get jerked around by this bull and while they’re at it they can also remove the dialogue for the ghost which I find extremely annoying having to hear that crap

They do count, I believe. But only the rounds where you get a chest. Wave 3, 6 and the Boss.

3 RepliesI was under the impression that it did count. I was at 90% a while back for my flashpoint. This was the week before forsaken because I got a forsaken auto rifle early from Ana Bray. So I was at 90% and completed a wave that was already started of EP and my flashpoint was completed. Glitch? Maybe...idk

For some reason you have to grab the heroic adventure from Anna Brey, and then grab it from the marker. Don't know why, but it's there and you can do it if you like.

It only counts when you complete level 7. I was curious about that too and happened to see a group was at level 4 and I joined. At the end, it’s counted as the same of doing a Heroic public event. Very appropriate for Bungie’s wanting players have “impactful” experience even doing chores.
