To the people complaining about matchmaking: Why? What’s the purpose of whining about a 540 power strike? If you aren’t 540 then why are you even playing year 2? If you have thumbs and can utilize your characters abilities then you won’t die. It’s not even hard. No modifications or cards makes it 540. If u want to do 100k then make an LFG, it takes 14 seconds to find a group, but the regular completion is just like doing a strike from the menu. Quit downgrading your ability and try

Doesn’t matter how much over 540 you are, the enemies scale to your level. Power level means jack shit in this game. These threads ain’t for morons like yourself to flex about how awesome you are, literally the worst input in this thread and I’ve seen a few bad ones. Optional matchmaking wouldn’t affect you anyway although the universe revolves around your selfish ass so maybe it does 🤔

It takes 2 minutes to find a group. Nightfall’s and raids have always been like this. They make it that way on purpose. It’s a “prestigious” activity. There’s nothing selfish about me playing PvE of all things better than you can at the same light lvl. The activities were designed for multiple players however since it’s so low in power you can solo it. Its like a crappy version of Shattered Throne. If you can’t figure out how to play the game well enough by yourself to complete a strike 50 power under you then no wonder you’re complaining, because you’re trash. The enemies don’t follow you in power scale, the game caps you at 50 above no matter your power. So if they enemies were 540 and you were 700 in reality your power against them is 590. That’s why you do 60 damage per crit in the EDZ rather than the 7k+ in the dreaming city. The enemies have nothing to do with it. They stay constant. It’s your game power that caps itself. A solo nightfall is like doing a heroic story mission, you can’t do that? Because they’re the exact same power. Use the right weapons and the right tools and you won’t die. Besides, no one said you had to put on modifiers. Only if you want the 100k. The regular reward is easy enough to obtain. It takes 20 minutes. You’re full of shit if you think ppl can’t do it. Go and try one solo. Guaranteed you won’t take an hour because you don’t seem like a moron. And if your shitty playstyle can’t do it, go to LFG.

No I am shit actually, I’m just an average gamer with no desire at all to git gud. Fair play to anyone that is good at gaming but the older I get the more casual I become. I don’t care if they add matchmaking or not, my brother can carry me through the nightfall anyway 😂
