IB issues?
I’m not saying I’m the greatest pvp player but I soloed my way to Fabled last season and have a .93 kd in comp and QP. So I’m playing IB and I usually wreck with my Erentil or Dustrock and pulse or SR but damn I’m hitting players dead center in the chest with my fusion and either just take shields down or zero damage and same with my Dustrock. I even tried Lord of Wolves and got a lot of hits but not one kill? I have a wired connection and fast internet. I average at least 20ish in QP but this IB I can’t even get above 10 kills. Seems like a whole lot of players are not taking proper damage. Also noticed a lot of players are skipping all over the place especially when they start shooting which makes me wonder if IB has a major lag issues?

Meaning those at 750 light you can't do anything against. Get that light up to 730 or 740 and maybe you will stand a bit more of a chance. Till then you will be destroyed every time. Thank bungie for removing iron banner mayhem with no light level advantage and replacing it with shit version of control and light level enabled. As for your internet try getting better internet or something that's the only way to fix that issue.

I think light level is the issue My dawn blade doesn't one shot I get melted by auto rifles and hand canons from really long ranges.

No, IB banner prevents people like you from farming. Light level matters. Btw, soloing to fabled isn’t hard anymore.

I have noticed something weird.. Like, I get the power levels.. but I feel as if the weapons power level is what matters. My example, if everything I have on is 750, but my sniper is 700.. I feel like that sniper is 700 against a 750 target. If that makes sense. Theoretically I would 743.5 and would not be at that big of a disadvantage.. but my 700 sniper feels like it is actually 700 vs a 750 guardian because I was not getting the damage I should have. The lower your overall power level is with whatever weapons that are low could see even worse results. Last season, I faced several next to immune titans too. I was running arc pole and it would take three hits to kill a Titan while I was in my super... and I was at max power. This happened in more than one match with different titans.

Had this happen before. Go do an internet test. For some reason my provider was causing my connection to be shiz. Once I reset my modem it fixed the problem.
