Get dedicated servers /Fix competitive Matchmaking
For us players over in Aus/NZ it is extremely difficult to play competitive to go for pinnacle weapons as we dont get dedicated servers in our region, we always get matched up in foreign lobbies where its to extremely laggy and becomes impossible to play.

Best I can tell you is just grit your teeth and bite the bedsheets until new light comes out then maybe the player base will expand in your area and wont get matched as frequently with all corners of the earth simultaneously
