What exactly will Destiny: New Light and Shadowkeep contain?

From the "Out of the Shadows" ViDoc, we learn that there is a new entry point for new Destiny players, that being New Light, and that Bungie is planning to end the practice of bundling downloadable content for Destiny. I am not certain, but the way I see it, they are planning to make New Light, containing the D1 introduction, D2 content, including DLC campaigns, DLC multiplayer maps, etc. and I think that Shadowkeep will be a standalone DLC for anyone that wants to start at that point, and that players considering starting Destiny there will not have to purchase any prior DLCs. There are several gaps of information for me, and some information that I am not certain of, so I have several questions: Is what I believe so far correct? Will the Shadowkeep DLC alone have the same level cap that the players that have purchased all of the prior DLCs have? If I wanted to hold out on one upcoming DLC, then play the next, would I be able to experience the same endgame as those who did pay for that prior DLC? A big one: Will Shadowkeep alone have all of the loot and subclasses of the prior DLCs? Or possibly would New Light have those?
