I can’t think of a reason of why not(if someone else can please tell me), except I don’t know when people gain the spark(where the traveler chooses you before are Rezed) I would suppose that if this was simply an on-going thing that started during the golden age... then yes it would work. But If the traveler started choosing after it created the ghosts the issue would be that exo production should have stopped at that point[spoiler]though I somewhat doubt that due to the deep stone crypt and long slow whisper[/spoiler] [spoiler]also we know the traveler didn’t choose all the huardians at one point in time and only then because... Uldren... he didn’t meet the speaker’s requirements until his final moments(also shinobu or whatever her amen is(sorry forgot) was rezed the same day she died(after the collapse) as well as Shin who was definitely born after the collapse was next to his ghost when he died as a non-guardian Also don’t forget the suicide cult in the city.
