If warlock bonds are going to stay a thing make them more noticable
People never seem to look at a warlock bond and say "WOW THATS A COOL ITEM"
honestly the only ones that stand out are the gambit ones
I hope shadowkeep can inprove how bonds look id be happy with that.

Why stop at warlocks, What are things you would add or change about Titan Marks and Hunter cloaks
I would Like to see the Titan marks to encompass the entirety of the waist (for those of you who have played dark souls three think Lorians Leggings )
And for hunters I would like it if cloaks to have a little more of something, i cant really say what but what i can say is that out of all the cloaks i ever got i liked the Season 3 iron banner one the most for some reason dont know why.
All class items need a touch up in some way.
Think about it this way the class items should all have some "special ability" after all its not just a scrap of cloth its just as important as any other armor piece

Remember in D1 when them things had glowing effects? Some had fire and even void coming off of them. The raid ones were all tailored so that you could just tell which raid it came from. Where did the guy designing those go? Also, the guy who made D1 armor that actually looked cool...I miss my hunter cloaks 😭

Warlocks: Bonds could be in more places than just the bicep, they could additionally have a bond on the wrist or other arm or legs. Titans: should have capes as another class item like Saladin. Hunters: just give the option to wear the hood down. i also feel like they shouldn't/don't need to be class specific. a titan and hunter could wear a bond, a titan or warlock could wear hunter cloaks without the hood, and lets be honest no one like titan marks.

Edit: what if we still had the thing on our arm, but each one creates different patterns of the light aura around you?

Make it a glove or a talisman or something the bonds are so small anyway I like the gambit invader one because i Iike red and it's a projection the actual bond itself is hardly noticeable

11 RepliesGive warlocks more "open coat" style robes with hoods. Add another bond to the other arm and connect the two with some overhead magic light/ribbon to join the two bonds. Give Titans capes only, like Saladin has. Or some kind of glowing armor with a running streak. They attack with their bodies and shoulder/knee/punch stuff. Let them have dominant leadership capes. Hunters already have a hooded cape, so separate that and let em pick if they want just a hood (short to no cape), or a hood with the cape, and just so they don't feel left out, give em scarve like items with the hoods. They always run through the wind scouting ahead, let em go in style lol. Idk if I'm getting anywhere with this, but if the game is trying to go full mmo, things like this will need to be looked at eventually to really immerse you into customization.

funnily enough I'd actually say that out of the 3 class items, bonds are some of the better looking d2 options in some cases. Some of them have some cool glow effects and holograps, titans get a bath towel and some of the hunter cloaks are just awful. this is more an issue of the overall armor choices in d2 being pretty sucky

Titan butt towels are also lame. And no hunter cloaks come close to the ones from the flayers in D1

Warlocks have always been kinda abused in this department but all classes have in d2. Class items have fallen so hard since d1. It used to be the crown jewel of each gear set. Now they mean nothing and have a generic blah look.
