Titan changes?
I had only gotten back into D2 a few weeks ago so this is just how things are from my perspective as a D1 beta tester.
What happened to titans?
All the major abilities seem to be given to other classes.
Ward of light is useless because now warlocks have the same thing except no shield and they can use both weapons and armor of light!
Melting point seems to be good but apparently hunter’s can activists the same type of debuff with the spectral blades tree.
Arc staff can block incoming damage better than the sentinel Titan shield can!
This is all coming as one big hit to me as a long time Titan main just coming back into the game. What happened? Seems unbalanced. Some light on this would be appreciated.
EDIT: mis referred to mention point as tempered metal. It has been fixed.
EDIT 2: a lot of people keep seeming to think that I’m saying titans are underpowered in everything. I’m not. I’m specifically referring to pve. Which is why my main complaints were about blocking, ward of dawn and debuffs

3 RepliesNeverending arc super, one hit ko mellee, big shield to ez pickup heavy ammo, the best speed and movement (jumps etc), one eyed mask with health recovery and wallhack, mask for even more one hit ko mellee. Yup, titan needs buffs. You are so cute blueberry :*

How’s that one tap shoulder charge every titan sub-class has? You know the one that gives speed, over shield, and almost instantly recharges? Yeah you guys don’t need a buff.

I was a titan main too until I came back to the game a month ago. I had seen this problem when forsaken launched. Yeah titans got the worst supers of all. Totally useless and even somewhat stupid like thundercrash. Yeah let me go thurdercrash that boss so he can stomp, push and kill me with a wall. Now I main a warlock and man warlocks are fun super fun. It is sad how they dont see titans are kinda useless.

1 ReplyTitan main since d1 beta here. We are all but useless in PvE now. The only thing we really have is melting point. Dont bother using anything else in the end game. Dont expect buffs either. Our forsaken subclasses shipped terrible and haven't been addressed since.
